 No. We only use Botox® Cosmetic (or Botox® Therapeutic). 

The clinic accepts cash (no longer cheque) after each treatment. We are able to accept credit cards or debit through Square Reader which costs an additional 2.65% to use their service. There is a $50 cancellation fee without 48 hours’ notice.   

 No. Patients only pay $8.50 / unit of Botox® administered and there is no minimum number of units.  

After considering the current cost of Botox® and our overhead costs, this is a fair and reasonable price point for our clinic.

Medical Doctors or Nurse Practitioners certified to practice medicine in British Columbia perform cosmetic Botox® at our clinic. 

All of our Medical Doctors/NP's  are "Board Certified" and have been trained to administer simple cosmetic Botox®  by Dr. Matthew Ward, the founder of the British Columbia Botox® Clinics, by Dr. Ward. Indeed, it shouldn't matter which doctor performs your procedure on any given day, as they are all trained to administer it in the same simple and safe way. 

We recommend booking an appointment based on your own schedule and availability. 

We take photographs for medical documentation and these are uploaded to the patient's confidential Electronic Medical Record (where we also document the Botox® treatment conducted). Identifying photos will never be used for marketing purposes. 

First and foremost, if you are ever seriously unwell and need to seek immediate medical attention, call 911 or attend your local Emergency Department.

The Botox® procedures we perform are both simple and safe, however as Medical Doctors, we do take precautions and so have appropriate / necessary emergency equipment with us.
